In an effort to establish a social studies educator network within CESA 2, Civics Fellow Chad Hodgson is hosting a listening session from fellow educators to get feedback from educators to design professional development opportunities for the 2025-26 academic year.
Attendees will meet informally and discuss what obstacles they are facing implementing the civics suggested scope and sequence and the support needed to help them navigate these obstacles. Specific discussion will be held on implementing civic engagement and place-based learning opportunities.
