About me
Hello everyone! I am the director of education at the National Constitution Center. Prior to starting at the Center, I taught freshman history at a high school in New Jersey. I loved incorporating dialogue into my classroom practices, asking my students to evaluate their own understandings of events throughout history through collaboration and discussion. Currently, I engage with teachers nationwide in a variety of professional learning sessions on pedagogical and constitutional topics. I graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in history and secondary education. Feel free to talk to me about anything history, civics, or education related. Or, as a meaningful brain break, I am also always open to talking about all things literary, crochet-related, or puzzling.
